Follow our guidelines to make your return correctly

* Remember that it is possible to make a return no later than 30 days after receiving the package. After that date you will not be able to return your item or receive a refund.

1. If you have purchased a custom made and/or customized item you cannot return it. An exception is made only if there has been an error by the company or damage to the package during transport.

2. If you want to return a custom made item because you received it damaged or you think there was a mistake by our company you will have to send us photos as proof of damage. Then you can choose to receive the refund ( within 5 working days) or make the change of the item.

3. If you purchased a product by mistake or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. In this case you must pay the shipping costs and you will be credited the refund relating exclusively to the price of the item.
